BOOKING & PLATFORM USE TERMS

Overview
- Ripple connects local businesses with local influencers for collaborations. By using Ripple, both Brand (Clients) and Talent (Influencers) agree to these terms, ensuring a smooth and fair experience for all parties.

Booking & Payments
- Brands must pay the full agreed fee upon signing the contract.
- Ripple securely holds the payment until the collaboration is completed.
- Talent will receive their payment 48 hours after completing the collaboration (subject to any dispute resolution).
- Ripple deducts a 10% service fee from the total payment for platform use.

Deliverables & Timelines
- Talent must complete and publish content according to the agreed deliverables, deadlines, and content live dates set in the contract.
- Brands must approve any required concepts by the due date to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Any delays or changes must be communicated and agreed upon via Ripple.

Usage & Rights
- Brands may only use content as outlined in the contract under the agreed media usage and term.
- Any additional usage beyond the agreed scope must be approved in writing and may require an additional fee.

Cancellations & Refunds
- If a Brand cancels a booking before the collaboration begins, a refund may be issued at Rippleās discretion, minus any applicable fees.
- If a Talent cancels after signing, they may forfeit payment and risk account suspension.

Dispute Resolution
- If either party has an issue with the collaboration, they must report it via Ripple within 48 hours of completion.
- Ripple will review disputes on a case-by-case basis, ensuring fairness for both parties.

Compliance & Conduct
- Talent and Brands must adhere to all relevant advertising and disclosure guidelines (e.g., marking sponsored content appropriately).
- Ripple reserves the right to suspend or remove users who fail to meet professional standards or violate these terms.
